Morton's serves fresh-cut potato chips and Parmesan Truffle Matchstick Fries. Morton's makes a starchy side compete with ribeyes and lobsters in both cases.
According to The Seattle Times, Capital Grille, like Morton's, serves house-made French fries and potato chips. Fries and chips may be easy to find in dozens of American cities.
