We love lots of the venues & vendors we get to work with through Cora Flora Studio and wanted to start highlighting them for you!
The Farm at Dover is a special venue. I don't say that to sound cliche. There's just this magic about it that gets me every time I step foot on the property. I'm not sure if it's the property itself, or the owners Tom and Juan who have done such a stunning job bringing their vision for The Farm and the venue to life. I suspect it's a a healthy bit of both.
I was so honored to be asked to provide florals for Elizabeth and Coleen's first workshop together, Establish The Workshop. Spring is still holding out here in Milwaukee. It was a cold gray day for the workshop, so the flowers were bright and brought that bit of spring us Wisconites are craving this time of year.
French tulips, ruscus, spring green carnations, hyacinth, and daffodils were featured in simple, classic glass jars. Plus, a pitcher full of the same blooms for the name card table.
It's always special to me when Cora Flora gets to create for friends. We had two Cora-Flora-Friend-Weddings this October. The first was for L & J, who got married on a crisp day at Cuvée in Milwaukee. When it came to florals, L wanted classic shapes and bright colors. Her bridesmaids carried bouquets featuring one type of flower. And then each of their flowers were featured in L's bridal bouquet. Happy Gnome Photography did a great job (per usual) capturing the joy of the day -- a peek at some of the photos below!
Katrin is a flower loving Midwestern gal. She founded Cora Flora in 2014. When she's not flowering, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, MR, eating delicious food, drinking a good glass of red wine, and going on walks with their puppy, Hank.
