E & M could not have had better weather for their early November wedding. Midwest weather is notoriously tricky and this November day could not have been more perfect. I think it even hit 70 degrees! Ugh and the light! It was so beautiful all day.

So many words come to mind when I think back on G & J's wedding day -- beautiful, romantic, classic, joyful, glamorous... I think I could probably keep going. G was one of the happiest brides I've ever known. Not, that I've know unhappy brides (I haven't). But her smile and joy radiated off of her all day. G loved being a bride. Almost as much as she loved J ;)
G & J celebrated their wedding day in Minneapolis. Olive Juice Studios captured the events and the emotions so well and the Lake Calhoun Beach Club was the perfect backdrop to dance the night away (which we did).
In terms of flowers, G wanted those deep, rich burgundy and purples contrasted with soft greens and pinks. In her words "beautiful and romantic". Still one of my favorite bouquets.

It's always special to me when Cora Flora gets to create for friends. We had two Cora-Flora-Friend-Weddings this October. The first was for L & J, who got married on a crisp day at Cuvée in Milwaukee. When it came to florals, L wanted classic shapes and bright colors. Her bridesmaids carried bouquets featuring one type of flower. And then each of their flowers were featured in L's bridal bouquet. Happy Gnome Photography did a great job (per usual) capturing the joy of the day -- a peek at some of the photos below!
Katrin is a flower loving Midwestern gal. She founded Cora Flora in 2014. When she's not flowering, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, MR, eating delicious food, drinking a good glass of red wine, and going on walks (preferably with puppies).
